 Job Information      This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of an active and spiritual youth ministry for both junior and high school youth within the parish.  Additionally, the position has the responsibility to develop and maintain a young adult ministry for residents of northern Dayton and all of Miami County.  This is a full-time position.  Further information about the position can be obtained upon request.  Position reports to the Pastor of Church of the Transfiguration.

Minimum Requirements:  A college degree in Theology or pastoral ministry;  Strong organization and communication skills;  Proficient in computer skills with a working knowledge of office applications;  Flexibility in working hours;  Proficient in current technology including social media;  Strong people skills with a positive outlook.
